   uDone.io accesses certain user data from your Google account, including:

   • Google Calendar events

   • Basic profile information (name, email)

   • Meeting metadata (title, time, invitees)

   This data is accessed only after you explicitly grant permissions through the Google OAuth consent screen. No other data is accessed beyond what is necessary to provide core functionality.
   
   

4. How We Use Google User Data

   Google user data is used solely to:

   • Analyze scheduling patterns

   • Generate meeting summaries and productivity scores

   • Suggest personalized work blocks and rest periods

   • Create weekly reports and performance recommendations

5. Data Retention and Deletion

   We retain your Google user data only as long as required to deliver our services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting legal@udone.io. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
   
   

6. Use of AI and Machine Learning

   uDone.io uses AI and machine learning models to process your scheduling and meeting data. These models generate insights to improve your productivity, focus, and planning efficiency. All AI operations are conducted under Google’s Limited Use Policy and strictly within your authorized scopes.
   
   

7. Google API Limited Use Compliance

   uDone.io’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy) , including the Limited Use requirements.

   
   

8. Your Rights:

   Depending on the law that applies, you may have a right to access and rectify or erase your personal data or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to the active processing of your data, ask us to share (port) your personal information to another entity, withdraw any consent you provided to us to process your data, a right to lodge a complaint with a statutory authority and such other rights as may be relevant under applicable laws.     uDone.io’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    Additionally, uDone.io complies with the Google Workspace API User Data Policy, ensuring that all access, use, and transfer of Workspace data (e.g., Calendar events) is handled securely, transparently, and with user consent.

    We also comply with the Google Photos API User Data Policy, where applicable. Our app only uses Google user data to provide and improve functionality, and does not share, sell, or transfer this data to third parties.
